Bredstedter TSV celebrates last-minute victory: Kira Köster becomes a heroine!

A dramatic handball game ended with a sensational victory for the Bredstedter TSV! With a last, breathtaking goal by Kira Köster in the final second, the team of coach Olaf Rogge secured the two points and remains 10: 6 points on the 6th place in the table. "It could have ended the other way around. A draw would have been okay, but of course we would like to take the two points with us," said the relieved coach after the final whistle.

The Bredstedter TSV started strongly and initially led 5: 3, but then mistakes crept in that gave the guests from HSG the opportunity to turn the game. A 5-0 run by the HSG let the Bredstedter run behind, and despite 11 technical errors in the first half, the team remained in the game thanks to a solid defensive. "We owe our defensive to the fact that we stayed in striking distance at halftime," said Rogge.

after half -time the same picture: Bredstedt's attack was incorrect and the guests took every opportunity to counter. With a gap of 12:15, the game seemed to tip over, but at 17:17 everything was open again. The spectators experienced a gripping final phase when Gyde Christiansen brought the Bredstedter the lead again. But the guests equalized six seconds before the end. Then came the big moment: Sina Köster grabbed the start, served her sister Kira, who sank the ball on the net completely free -standing and provided collective cheers on the Bredstedter bank. On Saturday the Bredis will go to the AmtV Hamburg, where they will try to take their swing.
