The first affected streets are Wilhelmstrasse towards Nordstraße and the Friedenshügel, which leads to the intersection of Marienallee. On November 27, Hafendamm will also be closed down to the Kiel facilities car park. The city warns of traffic disabilities that could put the patience of commuters to the test.
