In a gripping Nord derby, SG Flensburg-Handewitt defeated the THW Kiel with 37:33 (17:17)! Led by Torgiart Emil Jakobsen, who shone with nine goals, the mood in the sold -out arena with 10,285 spectators was electrifying. Flensburg remains in the title race and keeps contact with the top of the table, while Kiel has to accept a bitter setback again.
