Flensburg Citizens' Office: Important changes from November 2024!

From Monday, November 4th, 2024, the citizens' office in Flensburg will become the scene of new regulations! The city administration has decided that on Wednesdays only appointments are possible by prior agreement. A shock for everyone who rely on spontaneous visits! This measure will remain up to and including 13.12.2024.

The new opening times are a real change! Here are the details at a glance:

• Monday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (after making an appointment and open consultation)
• Tuesday: closed
• Wednesday: 07:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (only by appointment - no open consultation hour)
• Thursday: 07:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (by appointment and open consultation)
• Friday: 07:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (by appointment and open consultation)

The city of Flensburg has introduced the regulations to optimize the accessibility of the citizens' office. So if you are planning a visit, you should take care of an appointment in time not to stand in front of closed doors! Be warned and plan wisely!
