After the earthworks, the space is equipped with special lawn plates that were specially made for airfields. This measure is not only a cosmetic refresher, but also ensures better conditions for flight operations. Until the work is completed, the meadow next door remains available as an alternative area for flight operations. The entire project, which costs a price of 427,000 euros net, is financed by the Free State and should be completed by the end of April.
