Theresa Grampe: Eilenburg's new heroine for children and families!

Eilenburg. The 37-year-old Theresa Grampe has strengthened the team since January 1, 2023. With her impressive patience and empathy, she has become a contact point for children and parents who need help with homework or educational issues. As soon as she has arrived in the multi -generation house, the first children are ready with her concerns. Grampe quickly established itself as indispensable support.

Thanks to the generous donations of the LVZ campaign "A light in Advent", Grampes will be fully funded by 2025. In the following years, however, the association must raise part of its salary itself. Yvonne Pötzsch, the head of the ark, is enthusiastic: "Theresa is a great help for us. Your pedagogical experience and her empathy are worth gold!" This long -term funding enables the ark to plan and work reliably in the future.

gramp works 30 hours a week and is responsible for both the open meeting and advice. It not only helps with homework, but also supports parents with applications for child benefit or social assistance. Her ability to familiarize yourself with constantly changing laws makes it valuable resource for many in the community. "I like to work with people who come to me with problems. It makes me happy to be able to help them," says Grampe and thus shows her passion for work.

The Arche Eilenburg is not only a place of learning, but also a social meeting point, which plays an important role, especially in times of need, as with the many refugees Ukrainians. Pötzsch looks optimistically into the future: "We hope to keep the job and do everything we can to secure the necessary funding." The enthusiasm for the new employee and the hope of sustainable support are clearly noticeable!
