The Kita team Cup 2024, which found its crowning glory in Döbeln, mobilized 84 daycare centers. The participation of over 1250 children ensured a lively competition, even if the desired goal of 1500 small athletes was not fully achieved.

As KSB Managing Director Benjamin Kahlert announced, the event was a complete success in terms of enthusiasm and team spirit for everyone involved. The teams from Hartmannsdorf, Freiberg and Niederwiesa, who stood out with their sporting performances, were particularly celebrated. This competition was not only seen as an opportunity to promote the physical activity of the children, but also to strengthen their social cohesion.
