Intercity trains between Chemnitz and Warnemünde: passengers in the unclear!

Deutsche Bahn causes excitement! The intercity trains of line 17 between Chemnitz and Warnemünde are completely deleted by November 27th! Why? That remains a mystery! Only the train pair 2271/2272 will drive from Tuesday, while travelers between Dresden and Berlin will still have to live with a two-hour clock. A nightmare for commuters and travelers!

The DB attributes the deletion to construction work in the Knoten Berlin and in the Rangsdorf-Wünsdorf-Waldstadt section in Brandenburg. But the questions of passengers remain unanswered: Why are the trains not diverted like the Eurocity (Prague - Berlin)? Why are there no sections that are still passable, such as Berlin - Rostock or Dresden - Chemnitz? The DB press office in Leipzig is silent on these pressing questions and leaves the travelers in the unclear.

inadequate information and excuses

In a narrow answer, Deutsche Bahn only explains: "Due to the short -term nature of the construction work, not all changes could yet be incorporated into the information media. We ask for it to apologize." This excuse will hardly meet the travelers concerned! The uncertainty and the inconvenience caused by this sudden decision are enormous. The travelers demand clarity and better communication from Deutsche Bahn!
