Perhaps an innovative overall solution with the adjacent low building, which among other things houses a pharmacy and a kebab shop, could be developed to revive the area.

The owner is ready to sell the building, and the rental price is interesting at six euros per square meter. Interested parties are already in line, but Grüninger remains careful: "I can't say any specific things yet." What will become of the department store? The Radeberger are excited!
