Serious accidents on the B100 and in Bitterfeld: Police determined!

Gröbern, Deutschland - On December 19, 2024, several traffic accidents occurred in Saxony-Anhalt with some serious consequences. A severe collision in Gröbern concerned a 47-year-old Opel driver who drove the B 100 around 2 p.m. and collided with a car from the 19-year-old driver at the Jösigkstrasse intersection. The impact was so violent that the Opel was thrown against a traffic sign and a fence before it came to a standstill in the ditch. Both participants were admitted to nearby hospitals due to their injuries, whereby the young woman had to be hospitalized. The entire property damage is estimated at around 35,000 euros, as reported on the website of Saxony-Anhalt.

In addition, there was another accident on the evening of the same day in Bitterfeld-Wolfen when a 42-year-old seat driver turned to Wittenberger Straße with a van of a 62-year-old driver who drove into the confluence area despite the red traffic light. This incident also led to property damage of around 3,000 euros. In addition, a 57-year-old had caused another accident when changing lanes with a 60-year-old truck, with damage of around 5,000 euros.
