Rescue service reorganized: granted permits for Saalekreis!

An important step for emergency rescue in Saxony-Anhalt! On November 13, 2024, District Administrator Hartmut Handschak, together with the Department for District Development, Sabine Faulstich, presented the long -awaited approval notices to Maik Scharf, the managing director of the ASB Regional Association Halle/Bitterfeld e.V. These notices are the key to carrying out emergency rescue and qualified patient transport in the region!

The new permits in particular affect the rescue guards in Bad Dürrenberg and the surrounding area as well as in Günthersdorf and apply to the period from July 1st, 2025 to 30.06.2031. They determine the basic framework conditions for the emergency services, including the equipment and occupation of the rescue funds and the necessary personnel requirements. These measures are not only important for quick and effective help in an emergency, but also for the support in the district's disaster protection.
