This training takes place in the gymnastics home of TV St. Wendel at Wingertstraße 26. People in retirement who enjoy sporting sporting and want to share this passion with others are particularly addressed. The aim is to enable the participants to lead movement meetings and to motivate older people into a more active lifestyle.
The project under the motto "Better to start together than to wait lonely!" aims to train future course instructors who respond specifically to the needs of older people.
