Fight of the relegation candidates: TuS Schillingen meets Trier-Irsch!
Trier-Irsch, Deutschland - The tension increases! On Sunday, November 10th, at 3:15 p.m., the two battered teams SV Trier-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-IRSCH and TUS Schillingen meet. Both teams have experienced a bitter defeat series in the last games. While TuS Schillingen had to accept two bankruptcies last week, Trier-Ursch also has to struggle with three defeats in a row, including a shocking 3: 6 against Schweich II and a 1: 3 in Riol.
The concerns of the coaches
Trainer Sebastian Szimayer from Trier-U-Um is visibly frustrated. "The training promotion leaves a lot to be desired. Sometimes I train with only ten players. That is simply too little for a good fitness state," he explains. This lack of participation leads to errors and lack of concentration on the pitch, which is reflected in the current form of the team. Szimayer calls for more commitment and a return to the old virtues who honored the team in the first months of the season. "We need courage, aggressiveness in the duels and more concentration," says the trainer, who should all have on board except for one player.
On the other hand, Gerd Morgen, the coach of TuS Schillingen, also looks back on the last games. "Six goals in the end are simply too much. We have to defensively set the lever," he demands. The constant changes in the squad due to injuries make it difficult for him to create continuity. He also troubles the concern for Stammtorwart Marius Becker, who fights with a shoulder injury. The experienced Heiko Witt and Thomas Grundhöfer are available for the goal to support the team.
