Rapid escape: 21-year-old from Mörlenbach escapes when chase

A spectacular nightly acting act causes excitement in Speyer! A 21-year-old Mörlenbacher can be seen as an irresponsible racer when he meets a black VW Golf without an anterior license plate of a police patrol in Landwehrstrasse on Monday evening at 11:33 p.m. Instead of facing the officials, he gives his vehicle a good steam and flees at an exaggerated speed. What follows is an exciting chase that turns the night into day!

The police, not willing to let this dangerous driver escape, hunt him with several patrol cars. The dangerous Odyssey leads over Spaldinger Straße to Schifferstadt. Speeds of over 100 km/h are reached in the streets of Waldsee and Schifferstadt, while the racer thank you for his daring maneuver on the asphalt and even causes a terrible almost collapse with a patrol car! But then, in a dramatic moment during strong fog, the driver switches off his headlights - and visual contact is lost. The Golf is found later, unexpectedly, abandoned in a forest car park.

intensive search without success

The police use all available funds to grasp the fleeting driver. Even a thermal idea is used, but the cause remains undetected. Only the rear license plate remains as a track and in the interior of the vehicle the emergency services find targeted information about the driver, whose whereabouts are still unclear. Fortunately, there are no reports about personal injury or property damage so far. Nevertheless, the risk should not be underestimated by its ruthless driving style. The police asks possible victims to report immediately - the public hopes for a quick clarification of this brazen crime!
