While the German residential values will take care of care for the next three years, it remains unclear how high the maintenance costs will be. Project manager Rink looks optimistically into the future: "The residents are satisfied with the quality!" Despite some critical voices on the height and parking situation, Rink is convinced that the new neighborhood is a complete success. "The German living values would do everything here again," he emphasizes proudly.
