Condition of the fair was a cathedral dean and Domkustos Dr. Christoph Maria Kohl, who took over the spiritual management.

The musical design of the Hubertusmesse was a highlight, with the Karlsruhe Parforcehornbläser Margrave von Baden under the direction of Norbert Sebold and the Saulheimer Jägerchor, led by Reinhard Baumgärtner. The atmosphere was characterized by solemn music, which underlined the importance of the event. An impressive "hunt over-halali" sounded at the end of the fair and united all the wind groups present, which already created their mood for the afternoon with their impressive great horn sound.

The impressive musical performance was supported by several hunting horn play groups, including the hunting horn players from Karlsruhe, Aschbachthal, Malsch, Bad Dürkheim/Neustadt and many more. Wolfgang Vaque took over the overall management of these talented wind players, while Dr. Dr. H.C. Josef Friedrich Szig led the organization of the event. The Hubertusmesse was not only a spiritual event, but also a festival of hunting music that brought together the community of the hunters in a solemn atmosphere.
