Schifferstadt in fear: noise, drugs and disobedient night owls!

Schifferstadt, Deutschland - Shocking scenes in Schifferstadt! Residents report on nightly noise, drug use and a worrying uncertainty around a restaurant. Drunken make riot until the early hours of the morning, urinate on house walls and damage parked cars. A brave citizen has now contacted the authorities, but the reactions were missing!

"Not only do I feel unsafe, my neighbors too," says a resident who has documented his observations with photo and video recordings. Again and again he is awakened between midnight and four in the morning, while party goers are loudly discussing and dropping bottles to the ground. The observation is particularly alarming how drugs are consumed openly near the restaurant. A video shows a man who sniffs a white powder in a brightly lit car - a scene that triggers fear and horror.

authorities are silent: where is the help?

The concerned citizen turned to the Schifferstadt police inspection by email and the regulatory office, but the answers failed to materialize. "To my regret, I have to confirm that we have no answer from us," admits the head of the police inspection, Kai Giertzsch. The police have documented 29 incidents related to the restaurant since 2018, including numerous crimes. But the authorities see no direct connection between the incidents and the restaurant, which leaves residents in their uncertainty.

The head of the regulatory office, Elena Stang, admits that the feedback to the citizen was late. Despite regular controls by the municipal enforcement service, the residents do not feel taken seriously. "If drugs are being remedied and consumed there, children may also find prayers. Uninstanced if they think that is a shower powder," warns the resident. The police and the regulatory office promise to communicate better in the future, but the question remains: Who protects the citizens from these threatening states?
