The need for high quality service in the catering trade remains constant, and so he developed the idea for Reoo.
A central concern of Reo will be the cleanliness and functionality of the taverns. The cleaning intervals are less strictly regulated than before, but Wieseler knows that a clean and well -maintained device is crucial for the success of every catering business. Preventive maintenance can not only be observed hygienic standards, but also saves costs. He has recognized that many restaurants do not have the necessary knowledge or means to keep their systems in an optimal condition.
Wieseler has therefore developed a solution: it will not only carry out cleaning, but also offer workshops to inform restaurateurs about how they can keep their taverns in good condition. With sound knowledge that he has acquired for years, he now offers his expertise as part of Reo. This will benefit the regional restaurateur sector.
Thorough cleaning not only includes the simple flushing of the systems, but also the disinfection of the beer taps, regular maintenance of the KEG connection and the testing of gas warning systems, which are important for the safety of the systems. "In many cases, clean technology also means better quality for customers," explains Wieseler, as he points to the synergy effects that will result from this service.

Preparations for Reo's launch are already in full swing. Wieseler has purchased special devices and attended training to obtain the necessary certificates. He is determined to give his new company a high level of professionalism and quality. These initiatives are not only important for himself, but also for the entire gastronomy, as they ensure that the local businesses are clean and inviting.
Markus Wieseler is confident that the demand for such a service will increase, since more and more restaurateurs recognize the importance of maintaining their devices. "If the pub is going well, the cost of cleaning is a lower factor. But if it becomes difficult, this aspect increases in importance," he explains.
