The path of Bodo Wieseler in the catering trade began in 2004 when he worked as a career changer in the "Kaiserhof" in Bad Ems. At first he needed some training period, but soon it turned out that he had a talent for the management of a restaurant. In 2006 he ventured into self -employment and opened the Wilhelms, which quickly developed into a popular meeting place. The idea for Reibo came from Wieseler's many years of experience with the condition of the available devices in the catering operation. "I have often experienced that the taverns were in a catastrophic state," he explains. "This can not only affect the quality of the beer, but also the satisfaction of the guests." With its new establishment, Wieseler wants to counteract this and at the same time implement his own quality standards.

With ReoBo, it offers comprehensive services that include cleaning and waiting for taverns to ensure that they work optimally. Proper cleaning is not only important for the quality of the beer, but also for compliance with regulations. "We offer everything from chemical cleaning to checking the gas warning systems," says Wieseler. All this with the aim of supporting the catering businesses so that they can always offer their guests an excellent experience.

The upcoming challenge is to offer the services as efficiently as possible so that the regular business of the catering businesses is not disturbed. "We are flexible and are based on the needs of the companies," says the motivated founder. Reo will also offer the possibility of dealing directly onto the technologies of the taverns and, for example, to develop individual solutions.

The new start -up is not only a logical continuation of his entrepreneurial career, but also an answer to the current challenges in the catering trade. "Every restaurateur knows how important it is that everything runs smoothly," emphasizes Wieseler. "We don't just come when it is unfavorable for the guests."
