Ober-Olm: Pensioners again sentenced to five years in prison for child abuse
Ober-Olm, Deutschland - A 65-year-old pensioner from Ober-Olm has again taken responsibility for court-and the allegations are shocking! The man who has already been convicted of sexual abuse of children has now been sentenced to a significantly higher prison sentence. The investigation that he himself started led to a shocking find: Investigators did not discover evidence on his computer, but other cruel images and videos that document the abuse of children.
Three years ago, the pensioner was already convicted of possession of child pornographic content and received a penalty of two years and eight months. But instead of accepting the punishment, he made an appeal and wanted to prove his innocence. But the hope of an acquittal broke when the investigators searched his computer files in August 2022 and came across a self-made video that shows him how he forces an approximately eight to ten-year-old girl to sex. The video dates from 2008, and the accused couldn't even remember the girl.
penalty increased: five years in prison for the perpetrator
The new stressful evidence led the pensioner to withdraw his appointment. But that wasn't enough to help him. In the current trial at the Mainz district court, he was finally sentenced to a prison sentence of five years. A judgment that reflects the severity of his actions and lets society startle!
