Creisher Lost Place: Discovered U-Bahn tunnel in Ludwigshafen!
In Ludwigshafen there is a mysterious subway tunnel that wakes up the curiosity of adventurers and "Lost Places" fans! With graffiti on the walls and an eerie atmosphere, this abandoned place is a real scary factor. But what is really behind this mysterious tunnel?
The story is less scary than you could think: In 2008, a new tram line network was introduced in Ludwigshafen, which led to the decommissioning of the subway line from the Southwest Stadium to the main train station. The tunnel has been abandoned for cost reasons and has been a shadow of itself since then. In the main train station, the remains of the old route are still visible, but the rails are separated with a chain and no longer in use.
Caution when exploring!
Attention! Although the tunnel works, the route is sometimes still used for diversions or company trips. A walk through this dark tunnel could have unexpected consequences. If you get involved with the adventure, you should be aware of the risks and enjoy the scary with caution!
