Restart of Rad AG: Bad Kreuznach promotes bicycle traffic actively!

Bad Kreuznach, Deutschland - Bad KREUZNACH. The Rad AG, which is committed to cycling in the city with heart and soul, is now picking up speed again! After a pandeme -related forced break and important decisions, the working group has reorganized. On October 15, the first meeting took place after the local elections, in which the proven chairman Hermann Holste and Andreas Geers were re -elected in their offices. The group consists of members of the city council, specialist associations and motivated citizens who want to determine the future of cycling together.

Rad AG is an important advisory committee that not only takes care of cyclists, but also about the needs of pedestrians. A clear plan is on the agenda: the bicycle traffic infrastructure in Bad Kreuznach is to be optimized in numerous places, while at the same time a harmonious coexistence of car, bike and foot traffic is sought on the streets. To achieve this, the working group would like to be integrated into urban politics and planning -the starting signal for this could not be cheaper!

A crucial moment: The ADFC bicycle climate test 2024 is running! It is an exciting nationwide survey on bicycle friendliness in our cities. Rad AG calls all cyclists to give their voices until November 30th at www.fkt.adfc.de. In just ten minutes, the participants can answer 27 questions and thus give important impulses for future traffic planning.
