One topic that concerns everyone: Who takes care of my legal matters if I am no longer able to do so? The answer could be a preventive power of attorney that enables you to name a confidant who can act in your sense.

The event illuminates the decisive aspects of the power of attorney, which can offer far -reaching powers and often makes legal support superfluous. Anna-Maria Unz and Nicole Gruber, experienced employees of the SKFM Bad Dürkheim, will explain what needs to be considered when creating such a power of attorney and what role the spouse's representation law that has been in force since 01.01.23.
