In the district of Ahrweiler, the festival of St. Martin von Tours is celebrated with numerous Martins trains. Small and young can look forward to a magical time in which the streets of colorful lights are illuminated. Here are the most important dates that you shouldn't miss!

Martins trains in the district of Ahrweiler

In the Altenahr community, the Martinszug in Ahrbrück starts on Saturday, November 9th, at 6 p.m. at the train station. Altenahr follows at 6.30 p.m. on the Altenburger Straße information point. There will also be a hustle and bustle in Berg, Heckenbach and other places on November 9th! In relay, the train will be set up on Sunday, November 10th, at 6 p.m. on the village square.

The Bad Breisig community also has a lot to offer! This is where the Martinszug in Oberbreisig begins on Wednesday, November 6th, at 6 p.m. from the church. In Lower Breisig and Waldorf, the participants can go with their lanterns on Friday, November 8th, at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.
