From Monday, November 25th, Erkelenzer Straße in Millendorf will become a bottleneck for drivers and cyclists. The area between house number 157 and the roundabout on the highway will be closed until the beginning of March! Depirtions have already been set up, but the patience of road users is put to the test. The reason for the disorders is the necessary work to lay channels and supply lines that are essential for the new construction projects.

big names, big plans

The anticipation for the new industrial area is great! Microsoft and Snipes have already specified their plans: Snipes will build a modern logistics center, while Microsoft wants to build a huge data center. This inter -municipal project between Bedburg, Bergheim and Elsdorf could change the region sustainably and create new jobs. But first the development work must be completed, and that means: patience is required!
