Almost two weeks before Christmas, the Committee for Technical Businesses Remscheid (TBR) decided on Tuesday evening with a large majority to increase the fees for wastewater, waste disposal and street cleaning by a whopping 8.0 percent next year. A corresponding council decision will be expected on December 12th in the last meeting of the year, which is only a matter of form.
