A radiant star in the training sky! Malina Halfes was honored for her outstanding performance as a businessman for office management at Caritas Dorsten with the dream grade "very good". On October 10, there was a magnificent celebration in the Ruhr Festival House in Recklinghausen, in which 46 talented trainees from the Recklinghausen district were celebrated for their excellent degrees. Around 200 guests were present to appreciate the best of the best, and Malina stood out as the best trainee in the city of Dorsten!

The exam statistics speaks for itself: Of over 1,600 trainees who underwent the IHK examination, only 46 achieved the grade "very good"-that is less than three percent! An impressive result that Malina Halfes has achieved with flying colors. In addition to the ceremonial award on the stage, there were lively conversations, accompanied by rousing live music and culinary delights that made the evening unforgettable.

Patrick Domin, Managing Director of Caritas Dorsten, and Christian Schlüter, head of the HR department, were the first well -wishers. Domin praised Malina's development and emphasized how proud the entire association is on her performance. "We see them well prepared for their professional and private life path," he said enthusiastically. Malina started her career with a voluntary social year at Caritas and was thrilled with the variety of possibilities in commercial training. In addition, she completed the additional qualification for the "European Assistant (IHK)" with an internship in Malta, which her international skills awarded.

Now the talented graduate is looking into the future: Malina International Business has been studying in Paderborn since October and is ready to accept her next challenge. With her knowledge and ability she will certainly shine in her studies!
