Elsen, Deutschland - Last weekend Helmut Steins, a committed citizen and important personality from Elsen, celebrated his 80th birthday. Known for his extraordinary commitment to the St.-Hubertus rifle brotherhood, where he has been active since 1969, he was honored for numerous merits in the past. His most remarkable awards include the titles Schützenkönig, District King and Diocesan King, which he won in the late 1970s. Despite his traditional positions, including Hauptmann and later honorary brother champion, Steins also remains active in various local clubs.
