From Monday, November 18, drivers on the A4 have to expect considerable traffic restrictions! At 9 a.m., the traffic routing in the direction of Olpe will be changed drastically: there is only one lane available between the Wiehl/Bielstein and Gummersbach junctions. That means traffic jams and patience for everyone who is traveling in this region!

But that's not all! On Tuesday morning, also at 9 a.m., single -track traffic routing will also be set up towards Cologne. Autobahn GmbH of the federal government has announced these measures in order to carry out urgently needed bridge tests. The lanes are reduced and traffic is shifted to the left lanes. For the time being, the bridge is completely closed to the heavy traffic - another reason for possible delays on the street!
