"It is a very solid training market in the Oberberg district that defies the difficult economy," said Carsten Berg from the Cologne IHK.
The Brehmer Group, which is considered a positive example, is particularly noteworthy. The company, founded in 2003, has developed from two to around 100 employees in the past two decades and offers a variety of training positions. Seven new trainees were hired this year, which increases the total number to 13.
