On Thursday morning, October 31, there was a dramatic collision on the walking/bike path on Siegener Strasse at 6:40 a.m. A 17-year-old driver of a small skate raced in the opposite direction and bounced head-on with a pedelec, which was directed by a 54-year-old Morsbacher. The scene was chaotic!

The young driver was seriously injured in the collision and had to be taken to the hospital with an ambulance immediately. Fortunately, the pedelec driver got away with only minor injuries. The district police authority of Oberbergischer informed the public on November 3 at 8:41 a.m. The investigation is in progress and the police are asking for information from witnesses who have observed the accident.
