SSC Schwerin dominates USC Münster: 3-0 victory with flying colors!

Schwerin - an exciting volleyball evening in Schwerin! SSC Palmberg Schwerin defeated the last team in the Volleyball Bundesliga, the USC Münster, with a clear 3-0 on Saturday evening. The Mecklenburg women showed themselves in top shape and were not impressed by the high stress of the past few weeks. Under the direction of coach Felix Koslowski, they won the urgently needed three points.

In the first sentence, Schwerin immediately started and put the guests under pressure with powerful serves. Despite an interim compensation by Münster, which scored with strong serves, Schwerin dominated the action. Elles Dambrink brought the hosts with a powerful attack on the 18:15 lead, and the set ended with 25:19 for the SSC. It also remained exciting in the second round, but a series of premiums by Leana Grozer brought the Schweriners onto the winning road. After a Timeout from Koslowski, they settled with 25:21 and went into the third set with a comfortable lead.

Schwerin remains dominant

The third set began with a strong series of surcharges by captain Anne Hölzig, who quickly gave Schwerin 4-0. The audience cheered while the hosts shone with various attack variants. Hannah Kohn and Marie Hänle's substitutes also contributed to the stability. Münster fought bravely, but the lead of the Schwerin women did not melt. With a clear 25:16 the SSC secured victory and showed that they had control over the game at any time.

Britten Stuut, one of the key players, commented enthusiastically after the game: "We kept our levels concentrated today. Münster played well in the first two sets, but we were able to get our game through and I am very happy about this victory." The Starting Six of the SSC Palmberg Schwerin came together from Stuut, Hölzig, Keene, Antunovic, Grozer, Dambrink and Llabres, while the USC Münster with Mogensen, Ten Brinke, Kirchhoff, Strothoff, Van Clewe, Jordan and Molenaar.
