This great Christmas singing, which is organized for the first time by the city in cooperation with the Protestant and Catholic parish, is pursuing the goal of combining around 600 people to sing together of Christmas classics such as "Last Christmas" and "O Du Fröhliche". Admission is free, and neither pre -registration nor previous knowledge is necessary. All participants are invited to join the texts that are projected onto the church wall and are also available for download on the city's homepage. The musical director Tanja Heesen has compiled the program in cooperation with Matthias Röttger and receives support from teachers from the city music school and choir singers.
