"At the end of July, a specialist company initially sealed the building lead through which the water penetrated," said Kattwinkel. Then the old hall floor was removed to make room for the new floor.

The measures carried out included electrical and drywall work. The costs for the entire project amounted to around 300,000 euros. The ZGW responsible are proud that the renovation work within a time frame of only eight weeks could be completed on time.
