An emotional farewell and an impressive fundraising campaign: On Saturday, the former Kaufhof in Wiesdorf opened its doors for the last time and attracted numerous visitors who wanted to stock up on inventory. The atmosphere was electrifying when people gathered in long snakes hours before the opening to get the last treasures - from window dolls to hangers.

The event was a complete success! 25 committed volunteers made sure that everything went smoothly. Despite a short crowd on the entrance, the mood remained peaceful. But the best comes to the end: Donations for the children's poverty network were collected during the campaign. A total of around 3,600 euros came together, with half of this sum donated directly on Saturday. A truly generous contribution to supporting needy children before Christmas!
