"Once again the organizational failure of the administration shows," says Oellers. The economic plan, which must be advised and decided by the end of 2024, is of the greatest urgency. Otherwise there is a risk of a standstill of all urban buildings! The CDU is frustrated: "We have been waiting for the draft of the business plan for weeks. But instead of delivering the template in good time, the administration prefers to send a press release!"
