Pussy and Bed Day in Cologne: Services invite you to repent!

Schildergasse 57, 50667 Köln, Deutschland - On tomorrow's penance and bed day, an emotional festival of reversal and forgiveness is celebrated in Cologne and the surrounding region! In numerous Protestant parishes, the focus is on human falseability and the search for peace. This special holiday, which is always celebrated on Wednesday before Eternity Sunday, has no legal holiday status in North Rhine-Westphalia since 1995.

The faithful can look forward to a large number of services that take place on November 20, 2024. In the Antonitekirche in Schildergasse, a fine is celebrated at 6:00 p.m. under the direction of Pastor Markus Herzberg. At the same time, the Kartäuskirche invites you to an ecumenical petition service entitled "Tell me about peace". An open-air service will also take place on the Poller Marktplatz at 7:00 p.m., led by Pastor Roger Brandl and his team. The Paul-Gerhardt Church in Lindenthal offers an ecumenical prayer of peace at 6:00 p.m., while another ecumenical service is celebrated in the Church of Reconciliation at 7:00 p.m.

In the Altenberg Cathedral, an ecumenical service will take place at 7:00 p.m., which invites the faithful to reflect and prayer.
