Autumn holiday fun: free dance and black light workshops for kids!
In Kleve, the theater in the river ensures enthusiasm for children and young people with a free workshop program during these autumn holidays. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., young people between eight and 14 years can let off steam and experience exciting insights into the world of theater and dance. There are still some free places for interested participants.
From October 14th to October 18th, the dance theater holiday workshop takes place. Here the participants can immerse themselves in the varied world of dance. The experienced workshop director Lotta Loos and Janis Krebbers promise an unforgettable time. At the end of the workshop, family and friends can take part in a small final presentation in which the learned choreographies are shown.
black light theater as a special highlight
In the following week, from October 21 to 25, it continues with a unique offer: the course "Schwarzlicht-Theater". Children and adolescents between the ages of ten and 14 can discover magical stage effects here. Under the guidance of Sarah Aballo and Janis Krebbers, the participants learn how black light creates fascinating illusions and seem to float objects. Here, too, a final performance is on the program in which the audience can admire the results of the creative work.
Registration for the workshops is uncomplicated and takes place by email to thea.fleens@t-online.de. Interested parties also receive answers to possible questions by phone on 02821/979379. The courses benefit from funding from programs such as the Kulturrucksack NRW and the initiative "Open Worlds", which is supported by the Federal Association for Cultural Child and Youth Education.
This offer helps to promote the creativity of children and adolescents and to give them access to cultural activities. An innovative step to bring young talents to the art of theater and to offer them valuable experiences in a playful environment.
