Surfing faster in the Hochsauerland: Telekom improves mobile network!

The Hochsauerlandkreis experiences a mobile revolution! Deutsche Telekom has not only opened a brand new location in the past two months, but also upgraded three existing mobile phone towers with the latest LTE technology. This is a crucial step to massively improve mobile phone supply in the region!

The new and expanded stations are located in Medebach, Olsberg (two locations) and Schmallenberg. The location in Olsberg, which not only provides the local population, is particularly remarkable, but also the strongly frequented A46 motorway and the railway line in North Rhine-Westphalia-Ost! "We see an annual increase in bandwidth needs by a proud 30 percent. That is why we are doing everything we can to further expand our mobile network," reveals Maik Exner, company spokesman for Deutsche Telekom.

Future vision: 80 new locations until 2026!
