In a shocking incident in Herford, a 19-year-old driver was caught in a fresh act when she steered a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Around 4:55 a.m., police officers from the Herford district police authority noticed a Seat during their patrol ride, which was on the road on Goebenstrasse in a strikingly insecure driving style.
