ADFC fights for safe school road: Zehnthofweg in Erkelenz under pressure!
ADFC fights for safe school road: Zehnthofweg in Erkelenz under pressure!
In Erkelenz it is boiling! The general German bicycle club (ADFC) and the Greens are vehemently committed to converting the Zehnthofweg into a school road. This narrow street, which runs not far from the Franziskus School and the Astrid Lindgren School, is a real traffic junction in the morning and at noon when parents bring or collect their children to school. The demand for more security for the students is getting louder!
After the Greens are largely rejected to convert the road, the ADFC is now on the offensive! With a citizens' suggestion, they want to draw attention to the urgency of this concern on Thursday, November 7th. Will there finally be movement? The residents and parents are excited to see whether the voices are finally heard for more security and less traffic noise!
ADFC mobilizes citizens
The pressure on the decision-makers is growing! The ADFC mobilizes the citizens to stand up for their concerns. The conversion of the Zehnthofweg into a school road could not only increase the safety of the children, but also relieve traffic in the area. Time is pushing and the citizens are ready to raise their voice!
