A 73-year-old man drove with his VW when a 62-year-old wanted to turn his Ford into a parking space in front of him. Suddenly the Ford driver reduced his speed! The VW driver tried to avoid, touched the Ford and drove directly against a curb. The impact was violent - the VW overturned and landed on the roof!
Fortunately, both inmates of the VW, the driver and his 72-year-old passenger, suffered only minor injuries. The emergency services were immediately alerted and they were taken to a hospital. The Ford driver, on the other hand, remained intact! The police reacted quickly and directed the traffic in a single lane past the scene of the accident, which led to violent traffic jams on Delsterer Strasse.
