A spectacular chess weekend in Wolfsburg! On the NSV anniversary, which took place as part of the 100th anniversary of the NSV, 176 chess enthusiast competed against each other. In three exciting play classes, the participants were not only able to demonstrate their skills, but also follow the top-class NSV invitation tournament live. An event that kept the chess world in suspense!

in the A-Open in the EGOR Bogdanov (Sfr. Wolfhagen) with a perfect result: 5 victories from 5 games! Second place went to gm Hagen Poetsch (SC Heusenstamm) with 4.5 points. Among the best Lower Saxony, cm David Riemay (SC Braunschweig Gliesmarode), which will soon take over the live commentary of the invitation tournament. For the youngsters, Nazar Tarasenko (SK Kaponier Vechta) prevailed and secured first place.

The B-Open was a real thriller! Before the last round, seven players were at the top. In the end, Ulf Stoy (SK Neustadt) won with a narrow lead in the fine rating, followed by Paavo Alexander Kraemter (SG Weiß-Blau Eilenriede). Under the price ranks, Lukas Rangosch (SG Königslutter) and Pascal Kesselhut (SC Braunschweig Gliesmarode). The best female players were Petra Grabowski (SK Lehrte) and Ursula Hielscher (SV Gifhorn). In C-Open Jannes Haverlandt (SVG Salzgitter) dominated with a flawless balance sheet and left Felix Ryu Reimer (without a club)
