Karlsruhe, November 2024.A fresh wind is blowing in Moxy Karlsruhe! Hagen Müller, the new general manager – or as they say in Moxy, the “captain” – has the reins in his hand. With over 40 years of combined experience in the hotel industry, especially in process management, he brings the necessary know-how to take the hotel in the fan-shaped city to a new level. Müller, who most recently worked as hotel director at the ACHAT Hotel Karlsruhe City, has not only developed an innovative post-Corona business plan, but also established a new segment strategy. “With a great team on board and a concept that combines experience and hospitality, I want to keep the Moxy Karlsruhe on the road to success,” explains the new captain full of enthusiasm.
Career of a hotelier
Hagen Müller's impressive career takes him through well-known hotels such as the Radisson Blu Hotel Karlsruhe and the Best Western Premier Hotel in Münster. His journey began in the Food & Beverage sector, where he gained valuable experience as F&B Manager at the Senegambia Beach Hotel in Gambia and the Holiday Inn Palais des Congrès in Belgium. With his extensive knowledge and passion for the hotel industry, Müller is ready to take Moxy Karlsruhe to new heights. “I’m looking forward to taking the helm as captain,” he says optimistically.
