Hagen Müller, the new general manager, is lovingly referred to as "captain" and has over 40 years of experience in the hotel industry. His mission? The hotel, which is considered a new living room in the city, to make even more successful! Müller has already developed an innovative after-corona business plan as a hotel director at the Achaf Hotel Karlsruhe City and established a new segment strategy. Hagen Müller went through stations in Germany and even in Gambia. He worked in renowned hotels such as the Radisson Blu in Karlsruhe and the Best Western Premier in Münster. His journey began in the Food & Beverage area, where he gained valuable experience as F&B Manager in the Senegambia Beach Hotel in Gambia and in the Holiday Inn Palais des Congrès in Belgium. Now he is ready to take over the helm in the Moxy Karlsruhe and to inspire the guests with a unique experience.

The Moxy Hotel is known for its experience zones that offer relaxation, co-working and entertainment. With Müller's extensive knowledge in process management, the hotel in the subject city will certainly reach new heights.
