The U19 coach Norbert Elgert, who has looked after Kolasinac in his youth, remains a constant in the club's history. Kolasinac still has great respect for him and would be happy to be able to work as an assistant coach. "I have said Norbert Elgert a few times that he definitely has to stay as a U19 trainer for a few more years because I really want to become his assistant coach," added Kolasinac.
