Bad Münstereifel, Deutschland - On November 11th the time has come again: Martin's Day is celebrated with radiant lanterns and happy moves! This tradition is held up in the Euskirchen region and numerous Martins trains are on the program. Saint Martin, a Roman soldier who was born around 316 AD, is honored in many places with festive moves. The moving story, as he shared his coat with a freezing beggar, is nifely followed up during the moves.
The list of Martins trains for 2024 has already been published and the anticipation is great! In Bad Münstereifel, the celebration begins on Tuesday, November 12th, at 6 p.m. from Klosterplatz. The moves will also take place in other places such as Euskirchen, Dahlem and Blankenheim. The participants can look forward to a festive atmosphere and the traditional Martin fire, which belongs to the celebration, just like the delicious masonry!
