drama on Autobahn 1! On Tuesday morning, around 8:30 a.m., a 61-year-old driver from the Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis near Bakum got serious difficulties. After a medical emergency, he lost control of his Ford and raced into the construction site area, where he collided with a sliding protection wall!

Although he survived the first impact and continued his journey, another incident occurred. The driver tried to overtake a 49-year-old tractor-like from the Münsterland, which ended in a serious collision. His Ford was damaged so much that he finally stopped on the right lane - a total damage that made the highway unusable for the other road users!

The police quickly became aware of the incident and the rescue workers hurried to help. The 61-year-old was treated on site and taken to the hospital with the suspicion of a stroke. The property damage? A real shock - about 20,000 euros! The motorway tight! A traffic jam up to five kilometers long formed, which only slowly dissolved after the vehicle was resolved and the lifting of the half -side closure.
