The lifting rate could be 436 percent for residential properties, while commercial properties could be loaded with a whopping 913 percent. "We have legal concerns to take seriously," said Lennart Sänger, head of the DEUTURE DEUTURE, recently in the committee.

The numbers are alarming! In Goch, the current rate of 550 percent is expected to increase to 642 percent, while in common Uedem an increase of 493 to 532 percent is imminent.
