Rhede, Deutschland - A really emotional farewell is imminent! Irmgard Paßerschroer, the tireless equal opportunities officer of the Borken district, retires after over 18 years. At the recent meeting of the district council, District Administrator Dr. Kai Zwicker has no doubt: her work was invaluable! The merits of Paßerschroer in equality policy are remarkable, and her successor Jutta Grave-Möllmann is ready to step in big footsteps.
Since entering the district of the district in 1986, Paßerchroer had an impressive career. Previously, she worked for 20 years in the district youth welfare office before she was appointed equal opportunities officer in 2006. Her commitment to improve the compatibility of family, care and work not only helped women in management positions, but also redefined the entire district as an attractive employer. The mission against violence
IRMGARD PASERSCHROER not only organized events for international women's day, but was also the driving force in combating domestic violence in the region.
